코타키나발루 샹그릴라라사리아 오션윙 조식당 Oceano 소개

샹그릴라라사리아 리조트에서 조식을 즐길 수 있는 레스토랑은 두 군데예요.
가든윙에 위치한 Coffee Terrace(커피테라스), 오션윙에 위치한  Oceano(오세아노)
가든윙의 투숙객은 커피테라스에서, 오션윙의 투숙객은 Coffee Terrace와 Oceano 중 선택해서 이용할 수가 있어서 저희는 3일 중 이틀은 Oceano를, 하루는 Coffee Terrace를 이용했어요.
두 곳 모두 아침 시간에는 조식을 제공하고 오후부터는 다른 메뉴들을 판매해요.

​There are two breakfast restaurants in the Shangri-La’s Rasa Ria Resort & Spa.
Coffee Terrace located in Garden Wing and Ocean Wing, Oceano.
Guests staying at Garden Wing can use Coffee Terrace , 
Ocean Wing guests can choose between Coffee Terrace and Oceano.
We used Oceano for two days and Coffee Terrace for one day.
Both serve breakfast in the morning and serve other menus from the afternoon.

오늘은 그 중 Oceano 에서의 조식을 소개해볼까 합니다.
사실,, 2015년에 이용했을 때 조식당인 코스트(coast)가 너무너무 맘에 들어서 작년 방문 때도 같은 레스토랑을 이용하고 싶었는데 재방문했을 때는 그 곳에서 조식 서비스를 하고 있지 않더라고요 ㅠㅠ
잠깐 그 때의 코스트 뷰 감상해볼까요? : )

I really liked the breakfast restaurant Coast when I visited in 2015, so I wanted to use the same restaurant last year. 
But when I revisited, Coast wasn't used as a breakfast restaurant.

공식 홈페이지의 안내에 따르면..
오세아노 이탈리안 레스토랑이 2019년 11월 9일부터 18일까지 유지보수 관계로 조식 시간 동안 영업을 쉽니다. 
해당 조식 시간에는 코스트 레스토랑을 이용해 주시기 바랍니다. 
불편을 끼쳐 드려 죄송하며 양해해 주셔서 감사합니다
라고 합니다.

11월 18일 이전에 오션윙을 이용하시는 분들은 코스트에서 이 멋진 뷰를 만나보실 수 있으실 것 같아요 *_*

According to the instructions on the official website...
“Kindly be advised that Oceano Italian Restaurant will be closed during breakfast for maintenance from 9 –18 November 2019. Please proceed to Coast Restaurant for your breakfast. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your kind understanding.”
If you're using Ocean Wing before November 18, you'll be able to see this wonderful view on the Coast.

 

이 곳에서 아침 식사를 하며 '내가 좋은 곳에 와서 잘 쉬고 있구나' 하는 생각이 들었어요. 
정말 평화로움이 느껴지는 뷰 아닌가요?

​Oceano 의 실내에는 기둥마다 액자가 걸려 있어요.
자연친화적인 리조트이지만 Oceano는 모던한 느낌의 공간 같다는 생각이 들더라고요.


There's a lot of frames inside Oceano.
It's a nature-friendly resort, but this restaurant feels modern.

 

하지만 눈을 돌려 창 밖을 보면

눈 앞으로 비치와 정원이 펼쳐지는 전혀 다른 분위기를 만나실 수 있답니다.
외부 좌석이 마음에 들었지만, 덥기도 했고, 친환경 리조트답게 새들이 마치 제 집인냥 모여드는 것을 보고는 실내 테이블을 택했어요.

It's a completely different atmosphere from the inside, isn't it?
I liked the outside seats, but the weather was hot, and birds came in a lot.
So I chose an indoor table.

이제 Oceano의 음식들을 살펴볼까요?

입구 쪽에는 딤섬, 익힌 토마토, 소시지 등 따뜻한 음식이 준비되어 있어요.

제가 너무 좋아하는 해시브라운도 있고요. 베이컨 등이 보여요.

말레이시아 로컬 푸드도 있네요. 
로컬 푸드 코너의 음식은 매일 변경이 되는듯해요.
저는 이 음식에는 도전을 하지 못했어요

김치도 준비되어 있어요.

다양한 맛의 요거트와 과일, 연어 등 차가운 음식 및 과일, 디저트가 있고요.

아시죠? 밥 배, 빵 배는 따로 있는거 ㅋㅋ

두 번째 방문했을 때는 첫 날에 없던 닭강정이 등장했네요! 

On my second visit, there was fried chicken in the hot food section.

 

조식 뷔페에 가면 생과일 주스는 꼭 마셔야죠.
제가 방문한 날에는 멜론, 수박, 오렌지주스가 준비되어 있었어요.

I always drink fruit juice when I go to breakfast buffet.
On the day I visited, fresh melons, watermelons, and orange juice were available.

 

 

과일 코너엔 수박, 람부탄, 오렌지, 파인애플, 바나나 등 다양한 과일들이 있어요.
처음 본 과일이 있네요? snake fruit?
이름이 맘에 들지 않아요.
생긴 것도 징그러워요. 그래서 과일 이름이 snake fruit 인가봐요.
맛은,, 제 취향은 아니었던 것 같아요.


In the fruit section, there are various fruits such as watermelon, rambutan, orange, pineapple, banana and so on.
Is there a fruit that I saw for the first time? Snake fruit?
I don't like the name.
It's disgusting to look at. That's why the fruit is called Snake Fruit.
It's not my favorite flavor.

식당에 입장하면 직원분이 오셔서 안내를 해주시고 커피 또는 차 중 어떤 걸 마실지 물어보신 다음에 가져다 주세요.
저는 모닝커피 한 잔


I have to enter the restaurant she told me a guide to the employee is in place.

처음 이용했던 날도, 두 번째 방문 때도 해시브라운은 빠지지 않고요 

 

후식으로 다양한 과일 맛도 봐야죠 : )

다양한 음식이 준비되어 있지만 솔직히 아~~주 맛있다는 느낌은 아니었어요.
베이커리나 과일 등은 괜찮았지만 요리 메뉴 중 입에 맞지 않는 것들이 조금 있더라고요.
음식의 맛에 대한 평가는 주관적이기 때문에, 만족하시는 분들도 있고, 아닌 분들도 계실거에요.
하지만 리조트가 시내에서 멀고 리조트 내 레스토랑이 다양하지 않기때문에
조식을 포함하는 것을 추천해 드려요.

There's a variety of food in the restaurant.
Bakers and fruits were delicious, but some of the dishes were not to my taste.
Because the taste of food is subjective, there are people who are satisfied and there are people who are not.
However, I recommend including breakfast because the resort is far from downtown 
and there are not many restaurants in the resort.
